New farm for breeding quail in Spain, SAT 5749, with capacity for 130,000 quail.
In February, Codornices Urgell and Cristina Robles launched a new facility specially designed and built to blend in with its environment and maximize energy savings, thus contributing to environmental protection.

Sandwich panels, concrete walls and double insulated roofs were installed to this end.
The facility will be ventilated longitudinally using a Tunes system.
It will have 6 heat recuperators that will increase energy savings.
Biomass boilers will also be used with local waste products and together with the water heater will diffuse heat through unit heaters.
