Worlds of Flavor” is an annual culinary event organised by the Culinary Institute of America, where chefs, producers, restaurants, distributors and other profiles of the culinary sector meet.

This year, Worlds of Flavor it was focusing on the gastronomy of southern Europe. During 3 days, seminars were held about the variety of products, and the region of Catalonia was introduced to the visitors.
